A galvanised 25mm BSP plug used to blank off unused ports on dry riser drain, air release and test point assemblies. A simple, low-cost way to seal off a fitting cleanly and keep the system pressure-tight.

When to use

Use wherever an assembly has an unused 1" BSP port — for example, when an older drain or air release point has been simplified during a refurbishment. Fitting a proper plug helps your dry riser pass its annual BS9990:2015 hydrostatic test first time.
