Our bi-annual dry riser service covers the six-monthly visual inspection recommended by BS9990:2015, sitting alongside your full annual pressure test. An engineer attends site, checks the inlet, outlets, cabinets, caps, chains, locks and signs, reports any defects, and leaves a record for your building file.

Priced per dry riser system. If your building has more than one riser, just set the quantity to the number of risers at checkout.
